Metro Atlanta Chamber
of Commerce

We needed to redevelop our website from the ground up. This included a new approach to our audience and what they wanted to see the most. We had many long conversations around content strategy, system limitations and collaboration with our agency, but Ince we launched, we saw an incredible response.

Before and After

Information Architecture

An audit of our site found that users were having difficulty navigating and our internal teams wanted more cohesion with how the organization’s efforts were visualized. We decided on a three hub-and-spoke model. This allowed relative information to be bundled in an easy to understand way for users.

News and Press

The Chamber is an advocate for the business community. As such, spreading information about Atlanta was one of the key priorities our new site had. Our news center on the old site was fragmented across countless pages. We took a new approach and utilized a news center than would auto update around key areas of the site, tailoring the articles and resources, depending on the page.

Custom Intranet

As an older organization, there were many processes that could be optimized for efficiency and modernized with new tools. I took it upon myself to create a mini intranet for forms and other collateral that internal employees would need to have access to. This cut time for requests, and simplified the learning curve for new team members.
