We launched the new ShareFile website along the new company brand and new tech stacks across the corporation. Our goal was to redefine and enhance the user experience, focusing on the trial and buy-now flows.

Information Architecture
We changed a lot of the core navigation in the new website, slimming down on fluff and offering our users a seamless main menu, where all of our content is at a glance. This enhanced our organic traffic to places like our News and Press page, and primary product pages.

We overhauled our entire purchase flow, to better facilitate completed transactions and limit the number of bots signing up for trials. Once we launched, we saw a 90% increase in the number of purchases compared to the quarters prior to launch.

Resource Center
Before our new site launched, our resources were hard-to-find, and we did not get a lot of traffic to our evergreen content. I took the assignment to create a front-end code solution in the CMS to allow gated and undated content to live with blogs and customer stories to increase the visibility of our assets.
